经济发达地区高职院校招生放宽户籍限制的探讨

流动人口子女在流入地接受高等职业教育有利于教育的公平、有利于提高国民素质、有利于高职招生生源困境的破解、更有利于建设一支高素质的产业劳动大军和高技能后备人才的培养并促进当地的经济发展。经济发达地区应适当放宽高考户籍制度,有条件地接收流动人口子女在流入地接受高等职业教育。

If children of floating population can receive higher vocational education in their transient living areas,it will benefit fair education,increase quality of citizens,figure out the difficulty of enrollment in higher vocational school and develop high quality industrial labors and high skills reserve personnel,so as to promote local economic development.Through properly broadening householder register system of college entrance examination in developed areas and conditionally accepting children of floating population receiving higher vocational education in their transient living areas.
