沾益县中低产林改造现状及对策 被引量:2

摘要 实施中低产林改造是提高森林资源整体质量水平的有效措施,是改变沾益县林业"大资源、小产业、低效益、穷林农"现状的必然选择.沾益县符合中低产林标准的林地面积达4.15万hm2,计划2010~2020年内改造3.33万hm2.文中阐述了沾益县中低产林改造方式和改造效果.分析中低产林改造中存在的改造资金严重不足,改造树种单一,农户营造林积极性不高等问题.提出加大扶持力度,促进龙头带动作用,加大改造模式的创新力度,加强中低产林改造作业管理,加大资金保障力度和科技支撑力度等对策. The implementation of the transformation of low-yield forest is effective measures to improve the overall quality level of forest resources.It is the inevitable choice to change the status of "big resources,small industry,low efficiency,poor farmers," of forest in Zhanyi County.The forest area in line with low-yield in Zhanyi county reaches 41,500 hm2.It is planned to transform 33,300 hm2 during 2010 to 2020.This paper described the transformation way of low-yield forest and transformation effects in Zhanyi County.Problems of severe shortage of funds,singular of transformed tree species,farmers afforestation initiative not high etc.existed in the transformation of low-yield forest were analyzed.Countermeasures were proposed to increase support to promote leading role,enforce innovation of transformation models,and strengthen operations in the transformation of low-yield forest management,make efforts to increase financial and technological support etc.
