通过测算重庆分行业的就业弹性,认为重庆存在着无就业增长现象,通过对此现象的分析提出了具体的对策,以促进重庆和谐发展。

Through calculating employment elasticity of Chongqing＇s industries,this paper points out that Chongqing has the phenomenon of the inexistence of employment growth.By analyzing the phenomenon,the real countermeasures are put forward for promoting harmonious development of Chongqing.
