摘要
人力资源的获取不是简单的堆积,合理、高效的配置,是提高组织整体效能和获取核心竞争力的基本前提。为了减少组织在对人员进行配置时的盲目性、主观性,并增强配置时的反馈功能和指向功能,根据岗位的综合要求,建立人力资源的配置模型,帮助企业对人力资源的配置现状进行分析和调整,以最少的人力成本获取最大的组织效益。
Human resource acquisition is not a simple accumulation.Reasonable and efficient allocation of human resources is the basic premise to improve the organizational performance and to obtain the core competitiveness.In order to reduce the blindness and subjective in the organization of personnel distribution,and enhance configuration of feedback function and pointing function,human resources allocation model is developed according to the comprehensive requirement of position.It can help the enterprises to analyze human resource allocation situation and to have adjustment,so that the biggest organization benefits can be obtained with minimal manpower cost.
