摘要
针对目前大学生就业困境,以提高大学生大学教育质量为目标,提出大学生个人知识管理的概念,帮助大学生建立个人知识系统,建立个人知识构架。相关研究和论证主要采用了文献分析法和问卷调查法,用文献分析法总结了目前国内外个人知识管理的研究成果,并对问卷调查结果进行SPSS分析,最后论证了大学生施行个人知识管理的积极意义。
In order to improve the quality of university education and improve the plight of the current employment of university students,the concept of undergraduates＇ management of personal knowledge is put forward to help individuals to develop a professional knowledge system.Literature analysis and questionnaire survey method are mainly used to analyze and summarize the research findings about personal knowledge management home and abroad.The results by SPSS of the questionnaire survey of university students demonstrate the positive significance of undergraduates＇ knowledge management.
