任何项目在前期都有可供选择的建设方案,但是不同方案的选择会产生不同的后期收益。如何从各备选方案中进行选择,使得决策科学化、合理化和最优化将成为我们迫切需要解决的问题。通过描述价值工程管理的发展状况,提出在工程项目的前期应用价值管理的重要性,并指出目前在建设项目前期决策中的一些使用方法的利弊,提出价值工程的功能评价在该领域的应用,最后以实训基地建设实际案例进行分析,得出应用价值管理的科学性与方便性。

Each project has a lot of options for building programs in the earlier period.However,the choice of different options has different post-earnings.How to choose the option to make decision-making more scientific,reasonable and optimized will be an urgent problem to be solved.By describing the state of development of the value of project management,the earlier stage of the project is proposed in the application of value management.The pros and cons of the methods used in the early decision-making of the current construction projects have been discussed.The importance of the value management in the early stage of the project has been pointed out.Finally,through the analysis of training base construction,scientific quality and convenience of using the value management has been concluded.
