一种通信网络故障主动管理方法 被引量:2

摘要 为了弥补通信网络管理中仅接收网络事件进行故障管理的被动管理的不足,基于主动管理的思想,提出了健康检查法,并对此方法中关键的规则梳理、规则优化等进行了分析和总结,并给出了其实现方法,同时在某网络运营商的网络中进行了试验验证,获得了实际现网数据结果,得到了使用该方法可将运维人员从手工检查的重复劳动中释放出来、有效降低网络设备故障率的结论。 To make up the deficiency of passive management which is only receiving communication network events to manage network fault,and based on active management idea,the health inspection method is introduced.The key methods of rules carding and rules optimization are analyzed and summarized,and the implementation of the method is given.While,it is tested in a network operator′s network to obtain the actual results of current network data.Based on the actual data,the conclusion is gained that the health inspection method can release the operation and maintenance staff from repetitive manual labor,and also the method can reduce the failure rate of network equipment.
