"一村一名大学生计划"关系到我国农村经济发展及农村劳动力整体素质提高,全日制脱产班学生的培养不同于统招三年制大专生,也不同于不脱产班学生,必须建立自己特有的课程开发体系、课程设置、教学管理、就业创业体系。黄冈职业技术学院结合自身特点进行了一系列探索。
