摘要
高校突发事件的发生对学生健康成长造成了影响,对高校学生管理工作提出了严峻的挑战。因此,必须尽快建立起完善并切实可行的高校学生突发事件的应急管理体制,保证高校安全、有序、高效运转,促进我国高等教育事业持续健康发展。
Frequent abrupt affairs in universities and colleges have caused some hurts to college students,and posed heavy pressure on college management.So the Emergency Managenment Mechanism has been in urgent need to guarantee safe,organized and efficiently-run colleges and universities to promote the sustainable flourishing development of higher education cause.
