高压氧对兔梗阻性黄疸模型脏器损害作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察高压氧对兔梗阻性黄疸模型脏器损害的作用,探索梗阻性黄疸围手术期有效的治疗方法。方法 新西兰家兔33 只,随机分为4 组:对照组、模型组各8 只,用胆总管结扎建立模型。另17 只模型兔于造模2 周后行空肠- 胆总管ROUX- Y 术,其中9 只为手术治疗组,8 只为手术加高压氧治疗组,术后2 天行高压氧治疗,每日1 次,连续12 天,术后2 周处死,取血查胆红素、总蛋白、白蛋白、转氨酶、肌酐、钾、钠,结果用t 检验进行统计学处理。同时,取肝、肾、心、肺、脑组织,光镜观察。结果 手术高压氧治疗组与手术治疗组比较,各项生化指标均有不同程度的改善,其中总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆红素P< 0.01,差异有非常显著性。光镜肝损害明显轻于手术组,其他脏器病变也较轻。 Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on internal organs lesion caused by obstructive jaundice in rabbit models,and to explore the effective treatment method of peri-operation period in obstructive jaundice.Methods Rabbit models were formed by choledochus hypodesmus.33 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into four groups;control group(n=8),model group(n=8),surgery group(n=9) and surgery-HBO group(n=8).In surgery-HBO group ,the rabbits after 2 days of operation were began the HBO treatment,once a day ,for 12 times.Two weeks after surgery,the rabbits were killed to test the bilirubin,albumin,transaminase,creatinine,potassium and sodium etc.While the internal organ tissues including liver,renal,heart,lung and brain were also detected by light microscope.Results Comparsion was made between the surgery group and surgery-HBO group.Data showed that above bio-chemistry items of surgery-HBO group were better than those of surgery group,particularly in the total-protein,albumin and bilirubin(P<0.01).On light microscope examination,the internal organs lesion in surgery-HBO group was slighter than that of surgery group,especially in the liver organ.Conclusion It is indicated that HBO therapy has a better effect for the organ lesion induced by obstructive jaundice in rabbit models.
