摘要
为了提高提质褐煤型煤的防水性,制备出乳化焦油并作为型煤的防水剂用于提高型煤的防水性,取得了良好的效果.在焦油乳液的制备过程中,各参数的最佳选择值分别为:最佳亲水亲油平衡值.(HLB)为10.3,焦油与乳化剂的最佳质量比为9?1,最佳乳化方式为转相乳化法.实验结果表明:乳化焦油作为防水剂可大幅度提高提质褐煤型煤的防水性,3种不同质量分数的焦油乳液.(10%,20%,30%)分别可使型煤60 m in的平均吸水率相比原始型煤的吸水率降低92.92%,55.30%,41.78%.
In order to improve the poor water resistance of some lignite briquettes,emulsified coal tar is employed as a water repellent agent.In the emulsification process,the best Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance(HLB) number for coal tar emulsification is 10.3,the optimum mass ratio of coal tar and added emulsifier is 9︰1,and the best emulsification method is Phase inversion temperature(PIT) emulsification.Results show that as a water repellent agent,emulsified coal tar can improve the water-resistance of lignite briquette significantly;emulsified coal tar with different mass concentration(10%,20%,and 30%) can separately reduce the average 60 min water sorption ratio for 92.92%,55.30%,41.78% respectively compared with the raw briquette.
