摘要 传统矿用机车的试验电源的调压过程是通过控制电动调压器调节出不同等级的三相交流电,再经过不可控整流桥得到对应的不同等级的直流电压,该试验电源在实际应用中存在稳压效果差、发生电机堵转,电压响应速速慢等问题.通过对传统试验电源存在问题进行分析后,提出了一种新型的直流降压斩波电源方案,即采用直流斩波原理与电容充放电稳压原理相结合的方法进行稳压.软件中对PWM的占空比控制用的是工业上常用的增量式PI算法,该算法简单、鲁棒性好、可靠性高;单片机与PLC通信采用串口通信,为了提高数据传输的可靠性,通信数据块采用CRC校验.经过对该方案的反复实践,实验结果表明:新型直流降压斩波电源稳压效果良好、响应速度快,安全性高. Test power of raditional mine locomotive surge process is through control electric pressure regulator adjusting out different levels of three-phase AC,repass controlled rectifier bridge get corresponding different grades of DC voltage,in practical application,this test power supply voltage effect is poor,motor stall,voltage slow response.This paper through analyzing the problems of traditional test power,proposes a new dc step-down chopping power solutions,namely combine dc chopper principle with capacitor recharge voltage to steady voltage.In sofeware,PWM's control uses incremental PI algorithm which is commonly used in industry,this method is simple and good robustness and high reliability;DC Chopper and PLC system use the serial interface communication,in order to improve the reliability of data transmission,communication data block by CRC check.After repeated practice for this scheme,the experimental results show that the new DC step-down voltage chopper power supplies good results,fast response time,and high safety.
