"以人为本"既是指导辅导员工作的思想基础,又是辅导员开展工作的方法论原则,"以人为本"是指导思想和方法论的统一。辅导员工作坚持"以人为本"即要在工作中实现"四转变":由影响行为向激活思想转变;由集体塑造向个性培养转变;由灌输说教向润物无声转变;由粗放管理向精致管理转变。
＂Be People - oriented＂ is both the ideological foundation and the methodological principle for college advisors＇ work. It is a combination of guiding ideology and methodology. Advisors must work to achieve four transitions： from influencing students＇ conduct to activating their thinking, from collective shaping to individual cultivation, from giving instilling sermons to exerting subtle influence, and from extensive management to intensive management.
