摘要
由于学校文化与民航飞行员职业文化的差异,民航飞行职业对飞行人员人格素质的特殊需要以及国内民航航线运输飞行员培养模式的必然要求,学校需要从帮助学员明确自我评价形象同民航飞行员形象的差距;增进校园文化与民航飞行行业文化的交融;构建严格的管理平台,培养学员的遵从意识等方面,促进学员顺利完成再社会化过程。
Given the differences between school culture ments for pilots' personal qualities by the civil aviation and civil aviation culture, the special require- profession and the inevitable demand of domestic civil airline pilot training models, universities must help the students clearly see the gap between their self--assessed image and a civil aviator's image, enhance the integration of campus culture and civil aviation industry culture, construct strict management platform, cultivate the learners' compli- ance and conduct elaborate ideological education and behavioral shaping to realize smooth resocialization of these student pilots.
