尿道断裂的术后护理

目的探讨尿道断裂术后的有效护理方法。方法对31例尿道断裂患者分别采用尿道断端吻合术、膀胱颈会阴缝扎固定术及尿道会师加气囊导尿管牵引的方法处理,实施有效护理。结果本组31例中,术后排尿通畅24例(占77.4%),排尿欠通畅需定期扩张尿道6例(占19.4%),尿道狭窄不畅1例(占3.2%)。结论加强对尿道断裂患者的术后护理,能够防止或减少感染,降低并发症的发生率,提高治愈率。

Objective To investigate urethral fracture postoperative Effective nursing Methods The broken 31 patients with urinary respectively by means of urethral cut ends anastomosis,bladder neck perineal seam firm fixation and ureterorenoscopic realignment of catheter traction with airbag approach,and implementing effective nursing.Results Among 31 cases of postoperative good voiding of 24 cases（accounted for 77.4%）,micturition owe unobstructed was to expand urethral 6 patients regularly（accounted for 19.4%）,urethral stricture impeded 1 cases（accounted for 3.2%）.Conclusion Strengthen the broken postoperative nursing,urethra to prevent or reduce infection,reduce the incidence of complications and promote healing rate.
