摘要
目的探讨创伤性脾破裂的临床急救和护理体会。方法 128例创伤性脾破裂患者作为研究对象,根据其病情给予有效的急救措施,在观察期内严密的护理监测。结果手术治疗87例,占67.97%,手术治疗41例,占32.03%,所有患者均痊愈出院,痊愈率达到100%。结论脾破裂患者病情复杂,因此要根据具体情况实施有效的抢救方案,并给予严密的后期护理,以改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the clinical experience of emergency and nursing on splenic traumatic rupture.Methods 128 cases of patients as studied object were given effective emergency according to the concrete disease,and strict nursing and monitoring in observation period.Results N-surgery cases were 87（67.97%）,surgery cases were 87（32.03%）,all cases cured,cure rate reached up to 100%.Conclusion The disease of splenic rupture was complicated,so,for the aim of improving prognosis,it should given effective emergency according to concrete disease,and given strict nursing in later period.
