早期应用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果分析

目的观察瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床疗效。方法选取自2009年1月～2011年1月确诊为心肌梗死的入院患者共254例,随机分为治疗组123例,和对照组131例(给予常规基础治疗),治疗组患者给予常规基础治疗和瑞舒伐他汀钙片(阿斯利康制药有限公司)口服,10mg/次,1次/天。随访1年,观察两组患者的存活出院率,再次心性事件发生率。结果两组相比,治疗组存活出院率、1年存活率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组再次心性事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗急性心肌梗死疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the rosuvastatin therapy simvastatin acute myocardial infarction（AMI）clinical curative effect.Methods Select our hospital.all January 2009 in January 2011 diagnosed myocardial infarction of 254cases of hospital patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,123 examples,and are given,131 examples,a regular basis,including the treatment group patients treatment combined with rosuvastatin,10mg/times,1 times/days.Follow-up 1 year,observe two sets of patients discharged alive from rate,mind eents again.Results Two groups,the treatment group survival compared hospital rate,1 year surial was signif icantly higher than that of the control group,with signif icant difference（P 0.05）,the treatment group mind eents again obviously lower than the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Rachel shu statin calcium therapy simvastatin acute myocardial infarction curative effect is distinct,and it worth clinical application.
