摘要
目的比较颅脑超声与弥散加权核像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)在早产儿脑室周围白质软化(periventricular leukomalacia,PVL)的诊断价值。方法应用超声诊断仪及核磁共振对PVL早产儿进行检查。结果颅脑超声与DWI在早期诊断早产)LPVL方面,阳性率分别为20.8%、52.6%,Х^2=10.93,P〈0.01,差异有显著性。结论在早期诊断早产JLPVL方面,DWI较颅脑超声有更高的敏感性,建议早产儿应尽早(生后1周内)进行DWI检查。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of craniocerebral ultrasound with that of diffusion weighted imaging( DWI )in premature infants with periventricular leukomalacia ( PVL ). Mathoda Diagnostic ultrasound and DWI were performed on premature infants with PVL. Results The positive rate of early detecting PVL in premature infants differed significantly between craniocerebral ultrasound and DWI ( 20.8% for craniocerebral ultrasound vs. 52.6% for DWI; Х^2=10.93, P〈 0.01 ). Concluaions DWI is more sensitive than craniocerebral ultrasound in the ealy diagnosis of PVL in premature infants. Premature infants should receive DWI as early as possible ( within 1 week after birth ).
