天津站综合交通枢纽功能的定位和实现是建立在项目各方的利益需求以及需求满足基础上,因此全面识别与此项目紧密相关的单位或群体并分析他们的各自利益需求,对枢纽功能的定位以及实现至关重要。基于利益相关者理论,通过对天津站综合交通枢纽项目利益相关者的识别、核心利益相关者的确定及其利益需求分析,确定项目的整体功能建设需求,为项目规划设计工作提供了直接有效依据。

Functional achievement of integrated transportation hub of Tianjin Railway Station is reached on the basis of the satisfaction of all parties＇ interest demands. It＇s crucial to take a comprehensive identification on the closely related units or groups, and analyze their respective interest demands on the hub. Based on stakeholder theory, this paper identifies project stakeholders of the integrated transportation hub of Tianjin Railway Station, finds the core stakeholders and analyzes their interest demands, finally determines the project functional demands which can provide a direct and effective basis for the planning and design of a project＇ s construction.
