摘要
针对某低品位铜铅锌矿石的综合回收开展分离浮选试验研究,采用优先浮选分离流程,选用江西理工大学自主研发的LP-01作为选铜捕收剂,在原矿品位铜0.52%、铅0.57%、锌1.9%的条件下,进行闭路试验,获得铜精矿含铜24.27%、含铅2.03%、含锌2.58%、铜的回收率为88.56%,铅精矿含铅50.73%、含铜2.53%、含锌8.69%、铅的回收率为70.10%,锌精矿含锌52.10%、含铜0.36%、含铅1.31%、锌的回收率为81.99%。试验结果对实际生产具有指导意义。
An experimental study of flotation was carried out for the comprehensive recovery of a low-grade copper-lead-zinc mine ore.Based on the raw ore grades as copper 0.52%,lead 0.27% and zinc 1.9%,the closed circuit test was conducted adopting selective flotation,using LP-01 developed by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as copper collector.The results show that copper,lead and zinc grade in copper concentrate were 24.27%,2.03% and 2.58% respectively with copper recovery as 88.56%,lead,copper and zinc grade in lead concentrate were 50.73%,2.53% and 8.69% respectively with lead recovery as 70.10%,and zinc,copper and lead grade in zinc concentrate were 52.10%,0.36% and 1.31% respectively with zinc recovery as 81.99%.The result was of instructive significance for commercial production.
