城门山铜矿低碱度铜硫分离试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 从城门山铜矿工艺矿物学研究入手,针对选矿工艺流程特点,采用江西理工大学研发的新型高效抑制剂DT-4,进行低碱度铜硫分离小型试验和工业试验,使矿山外排废水满足国家环保要求,同时工业试验指标与2008年全年生产指标比较,铜精矿品位和铜回收率分别提高1.23%、0.33%,金、银的回收率分别提高了2.39%、1.66%。 This paper starts with the process mineralogical study of Chengmenshan Copper Mine.In the light of the features of the ore beneficiation process,a small scale test and an industrial test using new and efficient depressant DT-4 were conducted to separate low alkalinity copper and sulfur,with effluent discharge up to the state environmental requirement.By comparison with the production indexes of 2008,copper concentrate grade and the recovery of copper were improved by 1.23% and 0.33% respectively,and the recovery of gold and silver were improved by 2.39% and 1.66% respectively.
