摘要 为了适应原矿品位不断升高的需要,先后两次对原有浮选流程进行了技术改造,通过再次改造,采用分支粗选流程,克服了因分级机溢流不稳定而对浮选带来的新的困扰,该流程能够更好地适应生产的需要,最终达到了流程改造的目的,取得了较为理想的效果,尾矿品位进一步降低了0.08%,铜回收率提高了0.60%,铜精矿品位提高了6.42%,减少脱水压滤量18.54%,降低铜冶炼费用18.54%。 In order to meet the need of improving ore grade,Baifang Copper Mine has reformed the original flotation process two times.After the second technological transformation,branch rough flotation process was used,which can solve the problem caused to flotation by the unstable overflow of classifier.The process can better serve production needs and have obtained ideal results that tailing grade was lowered by 0.08%,the recovery of copper was improved by 0.7%,and in particular the grade of copper concentrate was improved by 6.42%.At the same time,the dehydration filter-press volume was reduced by 18.54% and the cost of copper smelting was lowered by 18.54%.
