环丁砜-二异丙醇胺复合溶液吸收烟气中CO_2实验研究

摘要 采用搅拌实验装置,研究环丁砜溶液及不同配比的环丁砜-D IPA复合溶液对烟道气中二氧化碳的吸收和解吸性能,揭示了吸收容量与酸碱度、时间之间的内在联系,并对CO2初始逸出温度、试液再生温度、试液再生率、再生pH下降率进行了细致记录分析。实验结果表明,环丁砜-D IPA复合溶液配比为0.4∶0.6时,吸收效果最佳,吸收量约为0.08 mol,再生温度最低为102.5℃,再生率最高为91.64%。实验结果还表明,环丁砜-D IPA复合体系之间存在弱的正交互作用。 A set of stirring experimental device was used to study the adsorption/desorption of carbon dioxide in flue gas with sulfolane solution and sulfolane-DIPA mixture.The interrelation between the CO2 adsorption capacity,acidity,and temperature were demonstrated.Detailed data were also recorded and analyzed,including the initial escaping temperature of CO2,regenerating temperature,regenerating percentage,and pH declining rate during regeneration.Experimental results showed that when the ratio of sulfolane to diisopropylamine was 0.4 ∶0.6,the best adsorption capacity was 0.08 mol,the highest regenerating percentage was 91.64%,as well as the lowest regenerating temperature was 102.5 ℃.Positive interaction between sulfolane and DIPA solution was also observed.
