摘要
用TiO2光催化剂催化玉米淀粉制备双醛淀粉,最佳工艺条件为:反应温度20℃,反应时间3 h,催化剂加入量为淀粉的10%,通入空气量为13 mL/min。实验结果表明,氧化度值为38%,工艺过程简单,污染小,操作费用低,是一种具有开发潜力的双醛淀粉制备新型工艺。
Using TiO2 light catalyst dialdehyde starch was prepared with corn starch.The optimum technological conditions were as follows:temperature 20 ℃,time 3 h,catalyst amount 10% of starch,air quantity 13 mL/min.Oxidation degree value was 38%.Experimental results show that this process is simple,less pollution,operation cost is low.It is one kind of new technologies that has the potential of dialdehyde starch preparation.
