超声波对常用浮选药剂分散乳化效果研究 被引量:14

Effect of Ultrasonic Treatment on the Emulsion Dispersion of Common Flotation Reagent such as Xanthate,Aerofloat,Calcium Hydroxide and Oleic Acid

摘要 超声波对浮选药剂具有良好的乳化分散作用,对黄药、黑药、氢氧化钙、油酸等常用浮选药剂进行超声波作用机理研究,寻找适当的方法对超声作用前后药剂分散和乳化的效果进行对比。对于易溶性且不易观察的药剂进行染色处理,通过观察色素扩散研究药剂分散速度;对于难溶性油脂类药剂,对比其乳化过程的灰度变化状态来判定其乳化效果。 Ultrasound has a good emulsification and diffusion on the flotation reagent.In this paper,we study its effect on xanthate,aerofloat,calcium hydroxide,and oleic acid.We also compare and evaluate the effect through appropriate methods.Soluble and relatively unobservable reagents can be dyed and studied by pigment dispersion rate.Insoluble oily reagents can be studied by gray scale changes in order to determine the effect of its emulsification.
