摘要
以碱式MgCO_3为原料在不同温度下焙烧制成轻烧MgO,使其与苯甲酸反应后进行FTIR-PAS测定。所得谱图与苯甲酸的钾、钠、镁盐作了比较。结果表明,苯甲酸与轻烧MgO表面层发生了化学作用,并以苯甲酸镁盐的形式存在于MgO的表层。该表层有Lewis酸点(荷正电的Mg^(2+))。与苯甲酸反应后的轻烧MgO的IR谱中的1529cm^(-1)吸收峰的变化与轻烧MgO的烧结活性相对应。670cm^(-1)吸收峰随MgO表面酸强度的增加而加强。轻烧Mgo表面酸碱强度分布均匀时,烧结性能最好。
The IR spectra Of MgO powder reacted with benzoic acid (PhCOOH) are obtained by fourier transform infrared photoacaustic spectrum technology. An attempt is made to extract out the relationship between the distribution of the surface acidbases and the sintering behaviour of MgO powder by comparing these IR spectra with those of potassium, sodium and magnesium salts of benzoic acid. The result shows that the structure which is very similar to benzoxy magnesium is given by PhCOH reacted with MgO powder.The absorption near 1529cm^(-1) can be taken as a characteristic absorption in determining the sintering behaviour of MgO powder.The acid strength of MgO surface increases with the increase in calcining temperature of MgCO_3. The sintering behaviour depends on the unification of the distribution of acidbases strength on MgO powder.
