人脑视皮质区微血管构筑的研究

摘要 使用13 例生后不足6 个月的新生儿和婴儿脑视皮质,甲醛明胶墨汁血管灌注,组织切片染色,光学显微镜观察。结果:视皮质内动脉多数以直角、少数以锐角发自软脑膜动脉,可分为皮质浅动脉、皮质中动脉、皮质深动脉、皮质下动脉和髓质动脉5 种类型。视皮质内静脉数量明显少于动脉。视皮质内血管网络分为4 层,以第3 层微血管密度最高。并就视皮质内动、静脉数量差异及动脉起始角度的意义进行了讨论。 The human visual cortex of 13 brains was studied by infusing with formaldehyde-gelatin-ink,slicing by paraffin-microtomy,staining with toludineblue and observing by an optic microscope.The results are:intracortical arteries originate from superficial pial arteries.They can be classified into 5 types: superficial cortical artery,middle cortical artery,deep cortical artery,subcortical artery and medullary artery.Most of them are branched at a right angle and few of them are sent out at a sharp angle.The number of intracortical veins are obviously less than that of arteries.There are 4 layers of vascular net-work in visual cortex.The vascular density of the 3rd layer is the greatest.The difference between the amounts of arteries and veins of visual cortex, and the significance of ramifying angle of intracortical arteries have been discussed as well.
