渗透促进剂对大黄流浸膏透皮释放的影响

Effect of osmotic promoter on fluid extract of Rheum palmatam extraction through rat skin

目的 研究渗透促进剂对大黄流浸膏透皮释放的影响。方法 采用分光光度法，以大黄素为指标进行大黄流浸膏的体外透皮释放测定。结果 以累积渗透药量对时间作线性回归，得回归方程，并对各项下所得Ｋ 值作方差分析，不同促进剂对大黄流浸膏的透过率影响极显著。结论：２０ ｇ／Ｌ 月桂醇硫酸钠透皮促进作用最强，而２０ ｇ／Ｌ的吐温８０ 和２０ ｇ／Ｌ氮酮几乎无促进作用。

The effects of three kinds of osmotic promoters were evaluated by measuring the fluid extract of Rheum palmatam extraction permeating through rat skin in vitro . The cumulative amounts of emodin Permeating at different times in vitro were compared by spectrophotometry.The results showed that the linear regression was good.The effects of different osmotic promoters on the rate of permeation of emodin were different.These suggest that 2% sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) has obvious effect enhancing permeation,while 2% azone and 2% Tween 80 have no effect.
