摘要
研究基于客户参与设计的锻压机床快速设计系统,快速设计系统将用户的性能要求转化为机床设计参数,计算并快速得到产品的设计方案,驱动锻压机床主机结构模板,快速得到产品三维模型,有效避免传统设计方法导致的装配干涉问题,得到客户满意的主机结构模型。快速设计系统在VC.NET环境下,利用Pro/toolkit提供的接口函数对Pro/Engineer进行二次开发,实现快速设计系统的开发,所开发的软件能够大幅度提高锻压机床的设计质量和效率。
This paper carried out a research on the rapid design system of forging machines based on customer-involved design pattern.Rapid design system transformed the parameters of the user's performance requirements into the design parameters of machine tools,and instantly worked out the product design through calculation.Next,it drove the structure template of the mainframe,and produced the three dimensional model of the product.This method could effectively avoid the component assembly interference caused by the traditional design method,and obtain the most satisfying mainframe model.In the VC.NET environment,the rapid design system,with the interface functions provided by Pro/toolkit,could secondary development Pro/Engineer,so as to quickly produce a product design.The soft wares could greatly enhance the quality and proficiency of forging machine design.
