摘要
先推导了任意回转面滚子从动件弧面凸轮的廓面方程,进一步得到了球形滚子弧面凸轮廓面方程。基于Pro/E软件构建了球形滚子弧面凸轮分度机构的三维模型,并进行了运动仿真;采用间接指定刀位轨迹的方法获得了弧面凸轮廓面的数控加工代码,并进行了创成仿真,从而实现了弧面凸轮的CAD/CAM一体化。
The surface equations of globoidal cam profile with general rollers are firstly calculated in the paper,and then surface equations of globoidal cam with ball rollers are obtained.The 3D model of a globoidal indexing cam mechanism with ball rollers is constructed,and the moving simulation is fulfilled based on Pro/E.NC program of cam surface is derived by indirectly appointing the cutter location,and the generation simulation is finished.As a result,CAD/CAM integration for the globoidal cam with ball rollers is realized in the paper.
