摘要 《国家电网公司"十二五"通信网规划》是《国家电网公司"十二五"电网发展规划》的专项规划之一,是"十二五"期间公司通信网发展的纲领性文件。在全公司系统通信各单位的共同努力下,通过缜密组织、深入研究及大量的基础工作,形成了科学完整的规划成果体系,取得了多项创新及突破。这里对"十二五"通信网规划的主要内容及核心思想进行了解读,对规划成果、创新点及重要作用进行了总结,旨在帮助读者加深对电力通信网规划的系统了解,促进规划的顺利实施。 SGCC′s "12th five-year" communication network plan is one of special plans of SGCC′s "12th five-year" power grid development plan,meanwhile it is programmatic document of SGCC′s communication network development during the "12th five-year" period.Under the concerted effort of whole company′s communication units,by means of careful organization,intensive study and a mass of element task,it forms an integrated planning achievement system,and obtains plenty of innovation and breakthrough.This article describes main content and core thought of "12th five-year" communication network plan,sums up planning achievement,innovative points and vital function,and aims at strengthening reader′s systematic cognition of power communication network plan for ensuring the plan′s successful implementation.
