The Scientific Development Strategy of Power Communication

"十二五"期间,电力通信仍然面临着诸多机遇和挑战。在全面总结和评估"十一五"电力通信科技工作的基础上,研究分析了国内外电力通信技术的现状和发展趋势,凝练提出经济社会发展、电网发展和公司发展对电力通信技术的总体战略需求,进而形成电力通信"一个目标、两个任务、三个体系"的发展思路和战略框架,分解细化出"十二五"期间的重点研究方向、研究内容和实现目标,纲要性地提出中长期主要研究方向及关键技术。该工作将会在成果创造、产业培育、新技术推广和人才培养等方面,极大促进电力通信的技术水平和自主创新能力。

Power communication faces many opportunities and the challenges in the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period.This paper summarizes the scientific work of power communication done during the ＂11th Five-Year Plan＂ period,analyses the current situation and developing trends of power communication both home and broad,discusses the requirement of economic,social and power grid development on power communication,and put forward the research direction,content and goal in the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period and the medium and long-term main research direction and key technologies.The strategy will greatly promote the development of power communication and the ability of independent innovation.
