一级骨干通信网“十二五”技术改造规划综述

Summarization on the Technological Transformation of the First-Level Backbone Telecommunication Network During the "12th Five-Year Plan"Period

为了全面总结"十一五"电网技术改造工作,适应电网技术发展需要,解决影响电网安全可靠运行的突出问题,国家电网公司编制完成了《国家电网公司"十二五"电网技术改造规划》。一级骨干通信网技术改造规划是其重要组成部分。文章简要介绍了国家电网公司一级骨干通信网"十二五"技术改造规划的编制背景、主要内容和总体目标,着重阐述技改规划的重点工作任务,明确了技术改造的方向,同时提出了落实规划的措施建议。

For the purpose of comprehensively summarizing the technological transformation work done in the ＂11th Five-Year Plan＂ period,adapting to the technology development of power grid and solving the problems which affect the safe and reliable operation of the grid,State Grid Corporation of China has accomplished The 12th Five-Year Technological Transformation Plan of State Gird Corporation of China.The technological transformation plan of the first-level backbone telecommunication network is an important part of it.This paper briefly describes the background,the main contents and the overall goal of The 12th Five-Year Technological Transformation Plan of State Gird Corporation of China,discusses the key tasks,points out the direction of technological transformation.Some suggestions on the implementation of the plan are also proposed in the paper.
