摘要
随着智能电网建设及信息化容灾建设,建立大容量、高速实时、安全可靠的数据通信网络成为电力通信发展的关键问题之一。文章分析了十二五面临的新形势,其中新挑战包括更大带宽需求、更高质量要求、更高安全要求、更广覆盖广度,新机遇包括设备硬件设计制造水平不断进步、软件协议不断完善。文章分析了数据通信网的建设目标及建设原则,提出了数据通信网建设思路;分析并提出了数据通信网建设规范及建设方案。
Along with the construction of the smart grid and disaster recovery center,it is becoming one of the key issues for power communication network to build high capacity,high speed,and high reliable data communication network.The article analyses the new situation facing during the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period.The new challenges include higher demands on bandwidth,service quality,and security and cover range.The new opportunities include the improvement of equipment and hardware design and manufacture level and the software protocol.The article discusses the construction goal and the principle of data communication network,proposes the construction scheme and standard of data communication network.
