摘要
10 kV通信接入网是承载配电自动化、用电信息采集、双向营销互动等信息传输的基础通信网络,是实现智能电网配电、用电环节的重要技术保证,是各地区通信网的重要组成部分。文章针对国家电网公司10 kV通信接入网"十二五"期间面临的新形势、基于现状及存在的问题,分析其承载业务的需求,根据相关技术的特点描述国家电网公司"十二五"期间10 kV通信接入网技术政策。
Carrying the information of distribution automation,power consumption information collection,and bidirectional marketing interaction,10 kV communication access network is the important technical guarantee for the realization of the smart grid and the vital component for the communication network.Based on the current situation and the new requirement in the '12th Five-Year Plan',this paper discusses the technical principles of 10 kV communication access systems,and analyses the the services it carried during the '12th Five-Year Plan' period.
