Study on the Application of Power Emergency Communication System

通过分析自然灾害对电力通信系统的影响,对电力应急通信系统的应用需求进行了分析,介绍了主要应用的机动应急通信技术。提出电力应急通信系统是多种技术的融合的观点,介绍了其系统结构的技术原则;重点对VSAT卫星通信系统、短波通信系统和应急通信车等技术的应用要点进行了介绍;提出关注高清视频业务需求、差异化配置系统和提高应急保障能力的建议。

Based on the analysis on the influence of nature disasters on power communication system,this paper discusses the application of power emergency communication system,introduces the mainly used mobile emergency communication techniques.The view that multi technologies should be used in power emergency communication system is proposed and the system configuration and technical principles are described.The key application of VSAT satellite communication system,the shortwave communication system,and the emergency communication vehicle are also introduced and the suggestions on emphasizing on high-definition video requirements,differential configuration and improving the ability of emergency support are proposed.
