摘要
【目的】探讨霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL) 细胞信号转导物与转录激活剂3(STAT3) 的活化对bcl2 蛋白表达的调控作用。【方法】采用SP免疫组织化学方法检测了40 例不同亚型HL 之RS/H 细胞及13 例反应性增生淋巴结(RH) 的STAT3 和抗凋亡基因蛋白bcl2 的表达。【结果】STAT3 及bcl2 蛋白在HL 不同亚型的RS/H 细胞中均呈过度表达( 阳性率分别为65 % 和67 .5 % ) ,且两者的阳性率呈明显的正相关( P < 0 .05) 。【结论】STAT3 的活化可能通过介导抗凋亡基因bcl2 的过度表达而使RS/H 细胞呈持续性增殖,并在HL 之RS/H 细胞恶性转化及演进中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the regulation of activated signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) on the expression of bcl 2 protein in Hodgkin′s lymphoma(HL). Methods The expressions of STAT3 and antiapoptotic gene protein—bcl 2 protein were detected by SP immunohistochemical techniques in 40 cases of HL with various subtypes and 13 reactive hyperplasia(RH) of lymph nodes. Results Both of STAT3 and bcl 2 protein were overexpressed in RS/H cells of HL(positive rates were 65% and 67.5% respectively),a significantly positive correlation existed between their positive rates (P<0.05). Conclusions The activation of STAT3 may induce the overexpression of anti apoptotic gene bcl 2,leading to persistent proliferation of RS/H cells.Therefore, it may play an important role in malignant transformation and progression of RS/H cells in HL.
