摘要
随着企业管理现代化程度加深,传统人力资源管理不能够满足现代员工管理需求,人力资本管理呼之欲出。从员工潜能认识着手,分析了人力资源管理者的困境,提出了人力资本管理整合模型,在此基础上提出人力资本管理内涵及运行机制。最后,对未来人力资本管理发展提出了相关展望。
The traditional personnel management and human resource management have become the mainstream of enterprise management approach,but its application market is also gradually in saturated state.And more and more entrepreneurs try new management approach,and human capital management(HCM) has become the new choice.Human capital management emphasizes the height between individual and group cooperation,and I think that this management ideas and methods are the key element of enterprise success.This paper takes human nature as a breakthrough,and analysis the new recognition of employee's potential ability and the HR's dilemma.And also the paper expounds the connotation,characteristic and operation mechanism of HCM,and finally I give some prospects of the research.
