维吾尔族与汉族女性乳腺癌患者临床及病理指标分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较维吾尔族和汉族女性乳腺癌患者的临床及病理特点,为优化维吾尔族女性乳腺癌患者的个体化治疗提供参考。方法收集新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院2006年1月-2007年1月行手术治疗的Ⅰ~Ⅲ期女性乳腺癌患者资料,其中汉族394例,维吾尔族80例,按患者就诊时年龄、发现症状到就诊的间隔时间、病理类型、TNM分期、ER、PR、C.erbB-2及nm23蛋白的表达状况等资料进行比较分析。结果与汉族乳腺癌患者比较,维吾尔族患者中青年者所占比例大,老年者少见(P〈0.05);TNM分期以Ⅱ、Ⅲ期为主(P〈0.05);ER、PR的表达以ER(-)和PR(-)多见(P〈0.05);C-erbB-2阳性表达者多见(P〈0.05);ER(+)和(或)PR(+)、C.erbB-2(-)者所占的比例小,而ER(-)和PR(-)、C-erbB-2(+)者所占的比例大(P〈0.05);nm23蛋白阳性表达者少见(P〈0.05)。结论与汉族乳腺癌患者比较,维吾尔族患者发病年龄较轻,TNM分期较晚;ER、PR、nm23阳性表达者较少,C-erbB-2阳性表达者较高,早发现、早诊断以及个体化综合治疗是关键。 Objective To compare the clinical, pathological and biological characteristics in breast cancer patients between the Uygur and the Han Women, and to acquire the comprehensive treatment for the Uygur women with breast cancer. Methods Stage Ⅰ~Ⅲ female breast cancer patients from January 2006 to January 2007 in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected, including 394 Han patients and 80 Uygur patients. The patients age, interval from the symptom appearance to visiting doctor, pathological type, TNM stage, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, epidermal growth factor receptor, nm23 expression between the Uygur and the Han female breast cancer patients were compared. Results Compared with the Hans,the youth composed a large proportion in the Uygurs,while the elderly were rare(P 〈0.05) ; Stage Ⅱ~Ⅲ played a main part in the TNM stage(P 〈0. 05) ; ER( - ) , PR( - ) were more common(P 〈0.05) ; C-erbB-2 was more common(P 〈0.05) ; ER( + ) and/or Prt( + ) ,C-erbB-2 ( - ) ones composed a small proportion, while ER ( - ) and PR ( - ) , C-erbB-2 ( + ) ones took up a large proportion ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; nm23 protein( + ) expression ones were rare (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Compared with the Han nationality breast cancer patients, Uygur patients onset age is younger, tumor TNM stage late; ER,PR and nm23 positive expression less, C-erbB-2 positive expression higher. Early discovery, early diagnosis and individualized treatment are important.
