长杆弹截面形状对垂直侵彻深度的影响 被引量:13

摘要 结合现有实验数据,针对圆形、矩形和三角形3种截面形状的5种93W长杆弹对半无限4340钢靶在入射速度为1500~1800m/s时的侵彻进行数值研究。结果表明:数值计算结果与实验吻合较好;对于同种入射速度、相同弹体长度、同种弹体和靶板材料而言,等截面面积的三角形截面的长杆弹侵彻深度明显高于矩形和圆形截面的侵彻深度,而圆形与矩形之间并没有明显区别;三角形截面长杆弹侵彻过程中的自锐化现象是其侵彻深度明显大于其它两种弹体的主要原因。 Based on experimental data, numerical simulation on penetration behavior of long rod 93W projectile penetrating semiinfinite 4340 steel target was carried out at impacting velocity of 1 500 to 1 800 m/s, and the penetration of five projectiles with three kinds of cross-sections (triangle, quadrangle and circular) was investigated. The results show the computational results are in very good agreement with the experimental data, and for the three kinds of projectile of same material, the penetration depth of the triangle section is obviously deeper than the other, in which impacting velocity and length and the cross-section area of the projectile are same, while the penetration depth of circular and quadrangle section is similar. Self-sharpening is believed to be the primary cause of the results.
