日前,黄益平教授撰文指出,决定中国经济增长可持续性的因素很多,其中一个至关重要的因素就是创新能力。中国已经享受了近30年的低成本优势将会很快消失,创新能力将决定中国的产业能否持续不断地升级换代、保持国际竞争力。

Advanced technology is most concerned when talking about innovation.It worth celebrating if china is an technology-advanced country.But as a fact,china is still a developing country.Chances are that advanced technology can be got if china put all its resources to technology development.As examples in the early period of PRC,satellites won success at the sacrifice of the starvation of people.So the pattern of development needs to be consideration.What's more important is that there is no absolute success to advanced technology.In a word,there is still a long way to go for china to get to a technology-advanced country.However,it does not exclude the innovation potential,but china should develop technology according to the condition if itself.The most importance is that the government should guarantee the equal rights on education to all students,it is quite important to the growth and developing of the rural children.They should not lose at the starting line,so that there is hope in our society.
