Electricity shortage——a threat to china

7年来最严重电荒将临中国发出了电荒来袭的红色警报。2011年5月17日,中国电监会办公厅副主任俞燕山称,＂最近一周,重庆、湖南、安徽等地出现拉闸限电;浙江、贵州、广东、湖南、江西等地实行错峰用电;从中西部青海、湖北、湖南等传统缺煤省份到山西、陕西、河南等产煤大省都出现了缺煤停机现象。＂2004年以来最严重的＂电荒＂即将来临。

In the may 17th of 2011,Yu yan shan who is the deputy director deneral of China Electricity Regulatory Commission said that:' in recent week,Chongqing,Hunan,Anhui started to do power cuts,Zhejiang,Guizhou,Guangdong,Hunan,Jiangxi started to use electricity in different time,it seems that the downtime of lacking of coal happens from the provinces which are traditional shortage of coal to the provinces which are coal-producing provinces like Shanxi,Henan.' The most serious electricity shortage will come since 2004.But in the same time we find that China's power installed capacity reached 960 million kilowatts in 2010,it is our capacity of electricity supply.Now we face to the embarrassed situation:on one hand,the power plants which produce the electricity is suffering financial loss;on the other hand,the power supply enterprises(National Grid) is enjoying the huge prof its.In fact,the way to solve the problem is quite easy:rob the rich and help the poor.It is only easy to say but hard to do.The national Grid is the own son of our country.
