摘要
选择了10株酵母菌株,在含铜YPD平板上诱导优选,对抗铜性较高的菌株再在改良MSM培养基中进行生长性能和发酵性能的对比研究,选出抗铜性能最优的菌株。结果表明,在1.00 mmol/L Cu2+的YPD平板上,K、F、R、B 4株菌株的比生长率均超过了50%;在1.00 mmol/L Cu2+的改良MSM培养基中,高Cu2+诱导得到的菌株K1生长性能和发酵性能都优于其他菌株,K1菌株抗铜性能最好,其Cu2+抗性水平为1.00 mmol/L。
In this experiment, ten yeast strains were selected for optimized induction on YPD plate containing copper. The strains with higher coper resistance were then used for contrast analysis of their growth properties and fermenting performance in improved MSM (model synthetic medium). The results were as follows: on 1.00mM Cu2. YPD plate, the specific growth rate of four strains including K, F, R and B were over 50 %; in 1.00 mM Cu^2+ improved MSM, strain K1 induced by high Cu^2+ concentration presented better growth and fermenting performance; K1 strain had the best copper resistance and its anti-copper level could reach up to 1.00mmol/L.
