标准对白酒产业国际化的技术支撑作用研究

The Supporting Roles of Standards in Promoting Chinese Liquor into International Popular Alcoholic Beverage

分析了欧盟标准化战略及其法规标准体系对欧洲饮料酒产业国际化的支撑作用,通过对比研究,归纳了我国白酒产业国际化发展中技术标准体系存在的薄弱与不足,提出相关的对策和建议:①提升我国饮料酒标准化战略高度,运用标准化对市场贸易规则的影响作用,加快白酒产业国际化进程;②集成行业技术与管理等方面的优势资源,加强我国白酒标准基础科研工作,为标准制订、修订提供坚实的理论依据和数据支撑;构建民族品牌知识产权保护体系;③注重白酒行业低碳经济发展模式下的标准体系建设。为推进和最终实现白酒的国际化发挥标准的重要技术支撑作用。

The supporting roles of EU standardization strategy and its law ＆ standards system in the internationalized development of European alcoholic beverage were analyzed. Constrast research indicated that there existed weak points and defects in Chinese technical standards system for internationalized development of liquor-making industry. The relative countermeasures were put forward as follows： 1. enhancing the strategic height of alcoholic beverage standards in China and making full use of trading rules in overseas market and speeding up industrialized development of liquor-making industry;2, liquor-making industry should combine its technical advantages and management advantages to reinforce basic scientific research to provide solid theoretical evidences and data for the establishment of protection system of liquor brands intellectual property rights; 3. paying more attention to the construction of standards system in condition of low-carbon economy.
