摘要
在导管架平台打桩过程中,由于施工条件或土壤特性突变等因素的影响会出现拒锤现象。拒锤时桩锤的动能几乎全被钢桩本身吸收,需对桩身的安全性进行分析。文章利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对桩体进行动力冲击分析,通过软件建立桩的分析模型,对拒锤时桩的受力状况进行模拟,得出桩的应力分布及变形曲线。结果表明,ANSYS/LS-DYNA能很好地计算出打桩拒锤时桩的应力分布,为工程优化设计提供依据。
Sometimes piling-rejection happens during piling operation in offshore jacket platform installation owing to abrupt changes of construction conditions or soil properties.In such case,the dynamic energy of hammer is almost completely absorbed by steel pile,the pile safety needs analyzing.The software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is applied to analyze the dynamic impact on the pile.The force status of the pile under piling-rejection is simulated based on the pile modeling,and the curves of pile stress distribution and deformation are obtained.The results show that ANSYS/LS-DYNA is a powerful tool for piling optimization.
