摘要
中国世界遗产的发展有4个特点,即世界遗产的数量在逐年增加,遗产类型以世界文化遗产为主,世界遗产的空间分布很不均衡,世界遗产项目的后备资源充裕。中国的世界遗产保护存在着认识错位、规划失位、管理乱位、制度缺位等一系列问题。针对这些问题,提出了完善法律法规、科学编制规划、分级分类管理、提高监管能力、加大资金投入、加强宣传教育等相应的管理和保护对策。
The world heritage development in China has four features： the number is increasing,most are cultural heritages,the spatial distribution is unbalance,and there are abundant resources to be further listed as world heritage etc.But the heritage protection in China has problems in cognition,planning,administration and institution.This paper makes such suggestions as improving laws and regulations,scientific plan formulation,classified and stratified administration,enhancing supervision capacity,increasing financing input,focusing on propaganda and education as well as protection countermeasures.
