摘要
以高速立式镗铣加工中心滑枕为研究对象,针对其结构特点,建立了滑枕、滑块和丝杠组合体的有限元模型。考虑到滑枕与滑块和丝杠的联接方式和运动形式等因素,采用ANSYSW orkbench中的No Separation接触类型单元仿真接触面。对滑枕进行模态和谐响应分析,得出了1至6阶固有频率和相应振型以及滑枕结构9个关键点的位移频率曲线。分析结果表明,滑枕的薄弱环节在其与丝杠接触的部位,切削力频率与滑枕五六阶固有频率接近时,滑枕容易发生共振。据此提出了针对性的改进意见,为滑枕的优化设计提供了重要依据。
Vertical boring and milling machining center ram as the object of study,the finite element model is established based on structural features.Taking into account of the connection and movement mode of sliders,ram and guide screw,the contact regions were defined as "Bonded".Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were performed on the ram with the first six natural frequencies and vibration models obtained.The displacement and frequency curves of 9 key points were also obtained.The results showed that the contact region between ram and guide screw was a frail part and the fifth and sixth natural frequencies would be aroused easily.All these provide us important basis for dynamic optimizing and designing of ram.
