摘要
机电系统的开发需要多领域建模与仿真技术的支持,面向对象物理建模语言Modelica正是为解决复杂物理系统建模与仿真而提出的,而Dymola仿真平台完全支持Modelica语言,使得仿真更加容易实现。传动丝杠系统是一种典型的机电系统,采用Modelica语言对其进行了建模,并在Dymola上进行仿真。仿真结果表明,传动丝杠的伺服系统动态响应性能效果良好,并通过实验验证了仿真的有效性。Modelica/Dymola很好的将机械、电气和控制结合在一起,实现它们之间的无缝连接,而且建模更加形象。
Multi-domain modeling and simulation is needed for mechatronic system development.Modelica is a object-oriented physical modeling language for complex physical system modeling and simulation,and the platform of Dymola which fully supports the Modelica language makes the simulation easier.Drive screw is one of classic mechatronic systems,whose modeling and simulation is implemented in Modelica language under Dymola environment.Simulation results showed that the servo-system of drive screw's dynamic performance was fine,and it was proved by experiment.Modelica/Dymola combines mechanical,electrical and control system seamlessly and makes the modeling more vivid.
