摘要
介绍了柔性制造单元(FMC)上下料机构常采用的齿轮齿条传动、液压传动等直线传动形式;直线类型上下料驱动结构,对空间要求较多,且结构布置不灵活。在原有结构基础上提出了链式结构的柔性制造单元上料机构,该机构较好的避免了原结构的不足,且具有结构简单、易生产和维护等优点。
The loading and unloading mechanism about Flexible Manufacturing Cell generally adopted linear drive such as gear and rack-driven,fluid drive.These linear drives take up too much room,and are characteristic of the unhandy disposition of structure.The presented structure is chain drive.It avoids the disadvantages of linear drive.And it is characteristic of simple structure,easy manufacture and maintenance etc.
