摘要
文章以纳米TiN改性金属陶瓷刀具作为研究对象。基于大变形-大应变、增量理论及拉格朗日算法,建立了Cockcroft&Latham断裂分离及磨损准则的有限元模型,并对AISI1045钢进行切削加工模拟。改变刀具角度,得到不同角度纳米TiN改性金属陶瓷刀具切削过程中的主切削力、温度及后刀面磨损变化曲线,模拟结果与相关切削理论比较吻合。结合刀具磨损SEM形貌,简要分析了此刀具磨损机理。文章的研究能够为后期新型刀具材料的研究开辟了新路径,以期到达缩短研制周期,降低成本的目的。
In this paper,nano-TiN modified TiC-based cermets cutters are taken as object investigated.Based on large deformation-strain,increment theory and Lagrangian equation,to establish machining finite element model of Cochcroft Latham fracture and Archard wear rule.And AISI 1045 steel is used to simulate the cutting process.And obtain the dominating force/temperature/wear graph of nano-TiN modified cermets cutter by changing rake angle,the simulated results is comparatively in agreement with relevant machining theory.And the wear mechanism is analyzed in brief by combining SEM.This study may be able to develop new way for the coming new cutter materials,to expect to aim to shorten researched cycle and lower the cost.
